We are directly instructed by the senior management team of a highly ambitious and growing independent business law firm in Paris to help with the appointment of a Tax partner.

The firm is a highly rated and astutely managed mid-size boutique business law firm, which specialises in navigating businesses through the legal and regulatory considerations of projects, transactions and disputes within highly regulated sectors. Notably in energy, infrastructure and mobility. Their multi-disciplinary expertise covers Corporate, Finance, Real Estate Project Development, ESG issues, Public Law, Employment, and commercial dispute resolution, on a national and international level.

The firm are now looking to add a versatile Tax partner to support their various transactional practices.
