Tax Manager (Location: Thu Duc, HCMC)

Tax compliance process, tax consultation as well as tax governance work for the companies under NSC scope: VIETNAM, SINGAPORE, PHILIPPINES, MYANMAR, CAMBODIA, INDONESIA

1. Maintain good relationship with local tax authorities and audit firm; monitor various tax audits including royalty related audit and assist in necessary tax negotiations including defense of anti-tax avoidance investigation.
2. Monthly and quarterly review of tax reporting to tax authorities such as VAT, CIT tax returns, CIT accrual and tax payment forecast.
3. Cross review annual CIT report and assist in preparing local TP documentation. Timely communicate with external firm for their opinions on the tax adjustments in order to keep final reported figures accurately and compliantly.
