About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Task & Process Mining Consultant to join our team and help organizations uncover inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process discovery, task mining technologies, and data-driven analysis to deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end process assessments using process mining and task mining tools (, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Mining).

Identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and automation opportunities across business processes.

Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems for mining purposes.

Build process models and dashboards to visualize process flows and KPIs.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
