What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software engineering and delivery teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish hiring strategies
- Maintain strong knowledge of IT recruiting and associated technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, frontend frameworks, DevOps, QA automation, cloud engineering)
