As Talent Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development strategies for MEP, Interiors & Major Building Projects. Working with department heads to ensure that their key hiring needs are mapped out and hit in time to meet business critical timeframes. Can you ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing professionals and leadership talent in the Dubai & UAE employment markets.
