  Job Description 
 Align and follow up training strategies for all Stellantis Mexico Locations and support Talent Management activities.
 STRATEGIC: 35%
 Align Global training strategies in Stellantis México
 Support Global Talent Journey program in Stellantis México
 STPS process follow up
 OPERATIONAL: 45%
 Implement development actions and training programs as onboarding, mandatory courses, Talent Journey courses
 Administrate LMS and support users in all locations
 Follow up STPS process (meetings, documents, enrollment)
 RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: 20 %
 LMS: Stellantis Learning Hub
 Training tools
 
  Requirements 
 3 years of experience in training- areas or similar positions, experience coordinating training events, managing STPS training processs, administrating an LMS
