Talent Development Specialist

Join our team and help drive talent growth and the implementation of the learning and development strategy across the Central and Eastern Europe region. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Development Manager CEE, as well as local and global teams, delivering modern L&D solutions tailored to business needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Development Manager to identify current and future training and development needs, using data analysis, stakeholder input, and business priorities
• Co-create, implement, and continuously improve tools, frameworks, and development programs that support talent growth across the cluster
