Talent Development Program Manager

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Talent Development Program Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of one or more leadership development programs. The incumbent will be responsible for managing participants from identification through program completion, logistical planning and execution of all program components, and ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Leads successful creation, implementation and management of talent development programs & initiatives in alignment with strategic business priorities and goals.
+ Drives consistent program experience throughout multiple locations withing the US.Collaborates with business leaders, HR and Learning & Talent Development to manage leadership program participant identification and selection process.
