+ Integrate program and project details across multiple parallel, mutually-reinforcing workstreams
+ Support the ongoing optimization of the new organization-wide onboarding process, executing the process while providing recommendations for improvement.
+ Manage and lead all aspects of a complex, high-volume student development program.
+ Work across organizational boundaries to build and sustain momentum against key program objectives and priority initiatives.
+ Work closely with program leadership to continually improve, evolve, and optimize the organization's talent apparatus.
