Responsible for Talent management, Training & Development, Culture blending, Succession planning, Career and transition planning, Organization learning, scholarship and internship program- Plan to develop potential of employees and satisfy them to work with the firm. Manage Career Development Program.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Talent Development/ Organized Development

+ Creating assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups

+ Designing and delivering talent interventions such as development and retention program.

+ Designing succession plans and contingency frameworks for business-critical roles.

+ Working with partner organizations/Management team to identify external talent pools.

+ Reviewing workforce planning data to feed into your talent strategy

+ Evaluating the success of talent program.
