The Talent Development Manager at Lean Solutions Group will partner closely with the Talent Development Director, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure effective and consistent execution of performance management, talent planning, and succession processes. Acting as a key enabler to the TD Director, this role supports the implementation of talent initiatives, facilitates critical talent conversations, and translates talent insights into practical, business-oriented recommendations.
