About the Role

Your Impact:


As Talent & DEI Advisor, you will strengthen employee experience through the delivery of talent and inclusion initiatives. You will coordinate key people programs, provide data-driven insights and support meaningful talent & DEI initiatives that enhance engagement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small talent & DEI initiatives end-to-end

  • Coordinate People Cycle activities including performance, development and talent processes

  • Support early career programs including graduate and leadership initiatives

  • Support the implementation of and participation in the employee engagement survey

  • Develop insights from people data to inform talent and DEI priorities

  • Create high-quality communications and campaign materials

  • Support DEI Employee Resource Groups with governance and coordination
