This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier underwriting talent for US mortgage operations. Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

*Source, screen, and recruit US Mortgage Underwriters (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA).

*Manage end-to-end recruitment for outsourced underwriting roles.

*Leverage industry networks, databases, referrals, and headhunting strategies to find niche talent.

*Assess candidates' technical underwriting skills and US mortgage compliance knowledge.
