We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Attraction Manager to play a critical role in our growth journey. As the Talent Attraction Manager at Fuller Landau, you will lead the recruitment strategy for executive, experienced professionals and student hires. Your primary goal will be to attract, assess, and select top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process and support our differentiated employment brand promise to attract top talent to the firm.

Your major responsibilities

• Talent Attraction: Develop and implement proactive strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks for key roles including; Partner, Executives, Experienced professionals and students.
