Job description

Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
o Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
o Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other
sourcing channels.
2. Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure
alignment with recruitment needs.
o Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on hiring
progress.
3. Candidate Experience:
o Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process.
o Provide timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
4. HR Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and implement best
practices.
