What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment for startup and product-based clients across India.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Engage with candidates to assess their interest, skills, and fit.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer discussions with clients.
Maintain candidate data and reports using internal tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and client managers on hiring projects.
