Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Modality: On-site for the first two months, then hybrid
Contract: Full payroll, with all legal benefits under the general regime
Responsibilities: Efficiently manage candidate leads, ensuring quality and timely contact
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify improvements and optimize the selection process
Propose innovative ideas to expand reach and improve talent attraction
