About the Role

Overview
Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
Responsible for to attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
Inform of any difficulty or need to adjust employee profile or Job Description
 Qualifications Scope & Authority:As a result of the interviews recommend an applicant to become part of the company
Identify areas of opportunity of job descriptions and profiles
Preferred Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.
Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary).
Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage.
Well verse in recruitment field.
