Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
🔹 Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring needs
🔹 Manage candidate communication and interviews
🔹 Maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding
Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years recruitment experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related)
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Comfortable with hybrid work (office & remote)
