We’re on a mission to scale a team of 1,+ field sales reps across Europe by the end of the year, and we’re looking for a passionate, people-driven Recruitment Resourcer to help us get there. You’ll play a crucial role in building high-performing sales teams across multiple markets by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top talent.

🔍 What you’ll do
🎯 Source top sales talent across Europe using a mix of tools — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns
📞 Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring a great fit with our field sales culture and role expectations
📈 Support pipeline delivery goals — helping us hire 20–25 new sales reps per month
