About the Role

Our client is a major player in the global telecommunications industry with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group’s tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

The company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands‑on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group’s geographies.

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process
