About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment efforts and shape their organization’s future by attracting and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried, hourly, and student roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and assessments. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies (social media, community marketing, partnerships) and maintain an applicant tracking system (preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud).

Student Recruitment: Collaborate with post-secondary institutions for co-op, summer, and intern roles. Develop onboarding plans and assess students for permanent roles.

Immigration Recruitment: Attract international candidates, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and support visa/work permit processes in collaboration with the JDI Immigration Center of Excellence.
