We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of JDI Construction & Equipment Division. In this role, you’ll be more than a recruiter, you’ll be a strategic advisor, a talent champion, and an advocate for both candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent)

• Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation (or willingness to obtain) would be an asset
