Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment activities of attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer management and onboarding processes.
- Take the Lead with the in-house recruitment tool; Smartrecruiters, ensure that it is being utilised to it’s full potential, including the reporting/analytics function.
- Train Managers/Supervisors, all employees in the art of interviewing skills, including utilising Smartrecruiters and how to give feedback after an interview.
- Provide reporting updates on recruitment metrics to all stakeholders, including identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Annual review of recruitment policy and procedure(s), ensuring fit-for-purpose.
- Develop retention strategy for all business segments.
- Engage with Segment Managers in forecasting and planning for their recruitment needs.
