Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter on a 6-month contract to support high-volume and critical hiring for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles across levels. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the competitive sales talent market and can quickly build and manage a strong candidate pipeline from scratch within tight timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles during the contract period.
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, events, online platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Execute recruiting strategies to meet agreed hiring targets and timelines.
  • Act as a candidate ambassador by managing the entire candidate lifecycle, including screening, coordination, offer negotiation, offer generation, presentation, and closure.
