The vision for the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, engaging and acquiring the right talent to enable sustainable business growth by building a robust Leadership Pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full life cycle recruiting for Mars business for roles within the organization and is responsible for ensuring that Mars attracts and selects high-performing, high potential and diverse associates who will drive the business forward._
