Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs within Talent Acquisition from design through execution and continuous improvement — ensuring our recruiting function scales efficiently and delivers a world-class experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Core Responsibilities:
Own the full program lifecycle for a defined TA Ops function including scoping, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and retrospective, with clear accountability for outcomes.
Map and continuously improve end-to-end processes within your function; define KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring mechanisms that surface actionable insights.
Translate ambiguous business needs into structured program plans; manage milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies across time zones.
Drive consistency and scalability across global TA workflows while maintaining regional flexibility and compliance.
