Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead who will own end-to-end hiring for our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the technology landscape, proven success in scaling technical teams, and strong stakeholder management skills across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all our technical and non-technical hiring in Pune.
• Partner closely with engineering and business leaders to define hiring needs, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, internal databases, etc.).
• Build and manage a strong technical pipeline through proactive market mapping and networking.
