This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles across the organization. You'll gain exposure to real-world recruitment processes in a high-growth, fast paced FinTech environment.

Responsibilities we entrust you with -

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews for non-tech roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain and update HR records, applicant tracking sheets, and reports
