Talent Acquisition Executive

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment , preferably in IT roles.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/ATS.
