This includes sourcing candidates, managing applications, conducting background checks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth induction experience for new hires. The role requires a proactive, organized, and deadline-driven individual who can perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance and induction.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal, LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, and other relevant platforms for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
