About the Role
Job Summary
Efficiently and effectively completing all Talent Acquisition operational processes for new hires and internal moves. Managing end-to-end personnel files for all hires, maintaining a MIS of the same, timely updating the tracker and creating various cuts to keep numbers/ data ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Resourcing Coordinators by sharing MIS driven cuts with them to initiate/ensure completion of screening requirements by initiating independent verifications.
- Ensure all documents are complete in the personnel file (P-File) as per the end to end hiring process and validate the same through the checklist prior to scanning the P-File.
