About the Role
As a strategic advisor to the business, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) serves as the primary link between workforce planning and hiring execution. You will partner with business leaders, department heads, and HR to translate workforce requirements into actionable, market-informed hiring strategies that strengthen operational performance and enable sustainable business growth. In this role, you ensure that talent priorities, headcount plans, and capability needs are fully aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
You will lead demand planning, provide market intelligence, and drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure hiring outcomes are predictable, timely, and fit-for-purpose across the Philippines.
