Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Interviewing
- Conduct face to face initial interviews using competency-based interview questions, assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide candidates with information about the company, role, and interview process.
Candidate Management
- Proactively reach out to candidates through phone calls, emails, and messages to assess their interest and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate details on internal trackers.
