Talent Acquisition Associate

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for fulfilling staffing requirements by sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates. This role involves coordinating with department heads, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring timely hiring aligned with company standards and client expectations. The position also has compliance with labor standards, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate for the role is a graduate of any Psychology or Human Resource. Preferably with at least 6 months of relevant experience. With proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Possesses a teachable attitude, strong attention to detail, initiative, and good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
