Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor located in Prai, Penang. The role supports our teams by managing a range of recruitment activities to ensure the process is efficient, effective, and equitable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for various roles.
• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications that meet the organization’s standards and business needs.
• Shortlist candidates, liaise with recruitment agencies, and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Review and follow up on applications in accordance with the Global Service Level Agreement.
• Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence, such as talent pool availability, market salaries, and industry feedback.
• Develop and guide a robust search strategy that promotes diversity, inclusion, and affirmative action.
