Role Summary
The Talend Technical Lead will architect and deliver enterprise-grade Talend solutions across data integration, data quality, and big data environments within Cloudera and hybrid cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design of Talend DI, Talend Big Data, Talend Data Quality solutions.
Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend Studio.
Implement CDC, API integrations, and real-time data ingestion.
Design and deploy Talend jobs on Cloudera/Hadoop environments.
Optimize Talend jobs for performance and scalability.
Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and mentor Talend developers.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Required Skills
8–12 years of ETL experience.
5+ years of hands-on Talend development.
