About the Role
As an TAC Engineer , you will manage complex technical issues, deliver deep‑dive troubleshooting, and act as a key technical liaison between customers and advanced engineering teams. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot medium to high-complexity issues across Check Point product lines.
Analyze logs, debug traffic flows, and identify root causes efficiently.
Provide advanced configuration guidance and optimization recommendations.
Handle escalations from L1 engineers and mentor junior team members.
Drive support cases to closure while maintaining SLA compliance.
Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Product teams for defect investigation and resolution.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases, best practices, and technical documentation.
