Tableau Developer – Data Visualization & Analytics

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with a strong focus on data visualization, dashboard design, and data storytelling to support a new customer analytics initiative. This role will play a critical part in transforming existing customer, firmographic, and operational datasets into visually compelling, easy‑to‑understand dashboards that clearly communicate performance metrics and insights.
The ideal candidate excels at quickly understanding complex datasets, translating business requirements into intuitive visual experiences, and creating executive‑level dashboards that tell a clear and impactful story. This role works exclusively with internal stakeholders and will help elevate the organization’s overall analytics presentation and consumption. This is a year + long contract duration and onsite 2x a week in Reading, PA.
