About the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented T2 Technical Support Engineer to support our client customer base with platform-related inquiries and technical assistance. This role centers around helping customers get the most from our email marketing platform by offering prompt, helpful support via multiple channels. While not a deeply technical role, you will regularly use and troubleshoot tools related to email rendering, data handling, and automation workflows.
Youll serve as a key player in maintaining a positive customer experience, contributing to internal knowledge resources, and spotting areas for improvement in how the client supports and educates their users.
