Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application / Systems Support Engineer to manage day-to-day service operations, handle complex incidents, and ensure high availability and performance of critical systems. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and customers, with a strong focus on SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

Manage and resolve complex incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in line with SLAs
Monitor and manage day-to-day service operations to ensure smooth functioning of systems and processes
