L1 / L2 Support
L2 Support: Shift Timing : Rotation includes night shift on weekends from home
L1 Support: normal shift but require weekend support when patching scheduled...at-least 2 weeks in month)

Main purpose of the role:
To be responsible for the patching and vulnerability management of all Infra environments across data centres
Key accountabilities and duties:
To perform patching using the Tools (Bigfix, SCCM, Netbot) or any other tool customer may have with SOP based approach.
To escalate on all major patching and vulnerability issues to L2/L3 teams where appropriate.
Monitor systems to ensure all patching is completed successfully and track patch management metrics, producing reports on compl...
