We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Summary
The Boomi Integration(iPaaS) AMS Support resource will be responsible for providing L2/L3 application support for enterprise integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. The role includes day-to-day operational support, incident and problem management, SLA-driven ticket resolution, and implementation of minor enhancements and configuration changes. The resource will also support partner onboarding, connectivity setup, and provide secondary support for webMethods integrations. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on-call support is required.
Primary Skill (Mandatory)
Overall 4-8+ years of Enterprise Application Integration(EAI) experience.
