Systems Integration Lead

CTG is seeking a Systems Integration Lead to join our team.

This role will provide leadership coverage and technical direction while senior integration resources are overloaded or in training.

**Core Responsibilities**

+ Lead integration design discussions
+ Resolve cross-team technical conflicts
+ Provide direction to integration engineers
+ Support escalation management
+ Maintain architectural integrity during Epic transition

**Required Skills**

+ Senior integration experience
+ Healthcare systems integration background
+ Leadership / stakeholder management capability
+ Experience mentoring engineers
