- Oversee the daily operation and performance of ANPR and Access Control systems, ensuring optimal functionality of both hardware and software components.
- Configure, integrate, and fine-tune system settings according to specific project and site requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for field and client issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution support.
- Coordinate with clients on system commissioning, user training, and post-installation support.
- Provide on-site technical assistance and system testing during deployment and acceptance stages.
- Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues, monitor progress, and ensure closure of outstanding cases.
