Requirements:

•Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience.

•The Successful Respondent(s) will hold current certifications in the requested programming languages (SQL, Python, Microsoft development).

•Engage with City of Tampa stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.

•Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications that guide the development process.
