Systems Implementation Project Manager - ERP, Software & Technology Rollout

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end systems implementation, ERP deployment, and enterprise software rollout projects across the East London operations. Translate business requirements into clear project delivery plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Projects, and R&D teams based in the Eastern Cape to ensure seamless system integration. Manage risks, issues, project reporting, and stakeholder communication. Oversee proof of concept (POC) builds, pilot rollouts, system testing, and UAT. Drive effective change management, user training, and digital adoption across all East London business units. Continuously refine project frameworks, methodologies, and IT governance processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience). PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery certification beneficial.
