About the Role
Knowledge of desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and/or Linux.
Familiarity with patch management, asset management, and compliance reporting.
Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot common IT issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and user support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Deliver virtual and onsite support for clients when required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in IT or any related course
At least 1 year experience in Windows operating systems and patching
