Systems Engineer Sr. - Level 3

**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineer Sr for the ADP Technical Team which is responsible for delivering advanced system engineering solutions to our customers.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineer Sr you will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear requirements and technical deliverables while driving cross‑functional collaboration and anomaly investigation.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and author requirements and supporting documentation aligned with customer needs.
+ Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
+ Investigate and resolve technical anomalies that impact schedule or performance.
+ Apply system‑engineering principles to meet milestones, manage risk, and validate solutions.
+ Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to keep projects on target.
