Systems Engineer

Job Description:

The Systems Engineer - Geotechnical , based in Sorocaba, Brazil, will report to the Systems Engineering Manager . You will assist on the proposal and execution of research projects and field experiments on foundations to generate data that will be incorporated into engineering software applications to make design stages faster, scalable, optimized and automated. In this role you will ensure that NexTracker's internal design procedures for foundations and civil engineering are at the cutting edge of market practices.

Daily activities:

• Execute existing research plans for foundation solutions;
• Assist in the design of field experiments for foundation solutions, including instrumentation plan;
• Develop computational programs aimed at analysis and design of foundations;
• Prepare technical documentation of developed codes;
• Gather price quotation for laboratory services;
